Our Story
Silverback Watches was established in 2025. Simon had been building and repairing watches for himself, friends and family for many years, and decided it was time to take his skills to the wider market. The website was created by Simon (learning new skills as he went along!), the Silverback trademark was established and registered, and the new range was created. All of our watches are crafted by hand in our Lincolnshire workshop, fully equipped with modern watchmaking tools, pressure tester, timegrapher etc. We always have a range of watches in stock ready to go, as well as accepting commissions for custom-built timepieces.
Meet the Team
Simon's our founder, and watchmaker. He's been fascinated by mechanical watches since childhood, and is always happy to chat about his watch obsession with anyone that will listen!
Danny is our creative genius, and uses her many years of fashion and retailing experience to help design new watch models. Her strong eye for detail is put to good use in Quality Control, ensuring every watch leaves us in perfect condition.
Archie's our self-appointed Head of Security, and will bark at anything for absolutely no reason. Unfortunately, he's easily distracted by biscuits, making him less than useless in his chosen role. It's just as well he's cute!
